From the first interview, we knew Gwen and Roger were the agents for us. They sold our home in three weeks in a really tough market. I loved that the website was so detailed with gorgeous pictures! Having the personalized website available on the yard sign was creative and a definite perk that other agents do not provide. With two small children, I loved that they did not waste our time with open houses. Their technology and instant feedback from buying agents was an awesome feature that we could view right on their website at our convenience!
Gwen and Roger were thorough and intelligent with suggestions regarding staging our house, pricing and explaining buyer/seller expectations.They were very supportive every step of the way and made us feel confident in their experience. I know for a fact that our house sold so quickly in a very poor housing market because we did everything they suggested. We were not “happy” with the price of our house and swallowing the fact that we were not going to make much money from our first home investment was tough to digest. We wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your wisdom, kindness and professionalism when selling/buying our houses. The good news is we’re settling into our new home!
